Prices and Taxes
All currencies on this website for products, services and delivery costs are indicated in GB Pounds Sterling and all payments are conducted in GB Pounds Sterling.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Please note that any used item will be issued with an invoice with VAT included and not shown separately. All new items purchased will show the VAT separately. Our Vat number is UK 136972974 and our England and Wales Company Registration Number is 7948061.

Payment can be made using the online secure checkout (preferred method). Paypal and most major cards are accepted.

The consumer has the right to cancel and return unwanted goods within 14 days from the day after the day of delivery of goods, this does not include any specially made order items. We need to be informed in writing by email of any intent of cancelling an order within the time allotted.
All deposits are non refundable over 90 days and any money paid will be deemed as lost. This is to cover any costs that we may have accumulated.
We expect the customer to make the necessary arrangements to return the unwanted order and the customer pays the return postage costs.
The goods must arrive back at Rocksolid Music Limited in a condition fit for resale and still with the original packaging. We understand that the packaging may have been opened to inspect the product but it is still required to be returned. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery type service, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. Please include a copy of your original sales invoice which needs to include clearly a contact mobile telephone number. Once the returned goods are inspected a refund will be issued promptly.

Faulty goods
All Damaged / delivery errors must be reported to Rocksolid Music Limited within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Rocksolid Music Limited accepts no responsibility for claims made after 48 hours.
If goods are found to be either faulty or not what you ordered please contact us with a full description of the incorrect goods or the fault. Please then return the item to receive a full refund for wrong supplied goods or a replacement for faulty goods. Your postage costs will be refunded in full but must be agreed with us before being booked. In some circumstances we can arrange a collection from you but this will require you printing out the delivery label and fixing it securely to the package.


All prices advertised include the cost of postage and packaging, there will be no further charges when checkout is reached. PLEASE NOTE HOWEVER THAT LARGER ITEMS WHICH ARE SENT BY COURIER TO THE FOLLOWING POSTCODES WILL INCURR A SURCHARGE – PLEASE EMAIL US FOR A QUOTE:-

We endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 12 noon on the same day (Monday – Friday) however this is not always possible and dispatch will be the following working day.

Our normal courier service is Interlink (DPD) or Hermes depending on the item, the value and the weight. If you wish to receive the goods on a certain day please contact us and we will try our best to arrange.

Smaller items are sent by Royal Mail on a 3-5 day service.

When specifying your delivery address, please choose one where some one is going to be in during the day.

Receiving Damaged goods.
Please inspect your package/s as thoroughly as possible before signing for them. If there is obvious damage to the packaging please mention this to the driver and sign for it stating ‘packaging damaged’. It is vital that any damaged items are reported to us 48 hours after signing for them in order for compensation to be considered. Please also retain all packaging materials and photograph any damage to both the packaging and the goods as this will be needed for any future insurance claim. Failure to follow these procedures will endanger any compensation payable to you.
